Bob Rysdam

Bob started at M3 in its early beginnings. He ran our CNC Saw, CNC Press Brake, & our original laser. With our size and volume increasing Bob took over the new laser cutting cell as main operator. Bob’s past work experiences, eye for quality, attention to detail, and his working knowledge of our machinery lead him to be promoted to Shop Floor Supervisor. He is now in charge of day to day operations on the floor.
